Wishful Wednesday

Since I've mentioned before that I've been a blog stalker for quite some time now, I've secretly participated in many other bloggers' weekly posts (although it was just subconsciously - nothing official).  This, however, will be my very first active blog participation and I'm very excited about the topic.

'I wish' .... I had Bloomingdale's
as my personal closet and could shop from it daily.

I can't think of a more wonderful store from which I could pull each outfit every single day!  Oh how fabulous I would look - ALWAYS.  Since the husband knows better than to allow me to go here when we go to NYC this fall, I've got to come up with some kind of secret plan to get away from him for a little bit while we're there so I can go partake in my guilty little pleasure.  Any suggestions???

And speaking of the husband, today marks 3 years of wonderful wedded bliss.  Exactly 3 years ago today I married my best friend and I couldn't be happier.  At this exact moment we had actually just seen each other for the first time that day and were in the process of taking lots of pictures - we didn't become husband and wife for a few more hours.  It's crazy how much things have changed in 3 years and I can't wait to see how much more they change in the next 3.  Tonight we're off to celebrate with dinner here.  Yummy - I can't wait!  This is actually the first anniversary that we've celebrated at home.  On our 1st anniversary we were in Destin with his family and 2 other families and last year we were in NC visiting my family.  Anyways, happy anniversary, honey.  I love you more everyday!

Use the excuse of wanting to go to H&M, which is across the street at the same subway stop. Then lose him in the crowds as you sneak away to Bloomingdale's, which is easy to do in this area of town as people are getting off of work. Also...you could send him to this really cool Home Depot one block away at 59th(?) and Lex that goes underground. Meanwhile, you're shopping away at Bloomies. I'll let you know what else I come up with...
